Thick Shake with Choco Milk®
Some like it hot, some like it cold, now you can enjoy oatmeal in a milkshake! Packed with nutritious vitamins and minerals of Choco Milk® this chocolate shake recipe is a fast and easy way to enjoy oats or thicken your milkshakes slightly.
It’s ready in minutes!
Ingredients for One Serving
- 2 cups of milk or milk substitute
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, uncooked and unground
- 2 ½ tablespoons of Choco Milk®
- 1 medium egg
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
- Add dry ingredients to a blender, cover and pulverize.
- Pour liquid ingredients into a blender, cover and mix until blended.
- Serve with a dash of cinnamon.
