Cereal with Mini Pancakes with Choco Milk®

Keep these choco ingredients on hand, which you can find in your favorite store:
- ¼ cup regular Choco Milk®
- 1 cup of regular or whole grain oatmeal
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 medium egg
- ¾ cup milk (brand and type of your preference, consider using lactose-free light or any variant if you or someone in your family is lactose intolerant)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (brand of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil from the brand of your choice
Follow these steps and discover how to prepare this delicious choco recipe:
- Blend the oatmeal in a blender or food processor until powdered and set aside at room temperature.
- Place all purpose flour, oatmeal and Choco Milk® in a bowl.
- Pour in the egg, milk, vanilla, and one tablespoon of butter.
- Mix with a whisk until uniformly mixed with no lumps.
- Melt the rest of the butter in a nonstick skillet and remove the excess with an absorbent paper towel. Do it carefully!
- Form the mini pancakes with a spoon. Cook for 2 minutes and flip.
- Repeat the procedure until you have enough hotcakes to make your bowl of cereal look like a mountain of fun.
- Serve in bowls with cold milk.
